Before receiving a quote for your cookies, please read the information below to get a better understanding about custom cookies:

Timing: Custom cookies take an immensely long amount of time. From baking the cookies to adding the first “coat” of royal icing, cookies need hours (and sometimes days) to dry before decorating and detailing. We need at least two weeks notice to plan accordingly as we get lots of orders on the regular. Once a quote has been given and we move forward, the invoice must be paid in full to ensure your cookies will be made beautifully and with lots of love in time for your special event. We may have space if you need your cookies less than two weeks, but please be aware that you may incur an additional $1/cookie fee.
